Annual filings

The Foundation's federal tax exemption became effective in 2026. No Form 990-series annual filing is currently available for publication. Required Form 990, Form 990-EZ, or Form 990-N filings will be listed here after they are filed and become available.

The absence of a filing on this page does not mean the Foundation is exempt from annual filing requirements. The IRS determination letter expressly identifies an annual Form 990-series filing requirement.

Relationship to EdgeAlphix LLC

DigitalPlat Foundation, Inc. and EdgeAlphix LLC are separate legal entities that share the DigitalPlat brand. The Foundation is responsible for its charitable programs, donations, and public-interest initiatives. EdgeAlphix LLC is responsible for commercial infrastructure services operated through EdgeAlphix DigitalPlat.

A service or program page should identify the responsible operator. Commercial service payments are not charitable contributions to the Foundation, and donations to the Foundation are not payments for EdgeAlphix LLC services.

Board information and the Foundation's published conflict-of-interest standards are available on the Governance page.

Donations and acknowledgments

Authorized charitable solicitations identify DigitalPlat Foundation, Inc. as the recipient. When contributions are accepted, the Foundation will provide acknowledgments and disclosures as required by applicable law. The deductible amount of a contribution may be reduced by the value of goods or services provided in return.

The Foundation does not provide individual tax advice. Donors should consult their own adviser regarding the deductibility of a contribution.

In-kind support

Organizations identified as in-kind technology sponsors provide products or services at no cost to support the Foundation's nonprofit work. Listing a sponsor acknowledges that support and does not imply endorsement of every product, policy, or activity of the sponsor.
