1. Donations to DigitalPlat Foundation

Donations made to DigitalPlat Foundation are voluntary contributions made to support public-interest, open-source, and nonprofit activities.

Donations are not purchases of goods or services and therefore are not subject to this Refund Policy.


2. Paid Products and Subscription Services (Paddle Orders)

This refund policy applies only to purchases made through the EdwardLab Paddle checkout.

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for eligible paid products and subscription services.

If you wish to request a refund within this period, please contact us at [email protected] and include your order details.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with Paddleโ€™s refund policy and returned to the original payment method where possible.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund window are not covered by this Refund Policy.
